first off in a full body workout if you are chest pressing and shoulder pressing is there any need for direct tricep work ?

whats the best back exercise for working as much of he back as possible whilst hitting the rear delts ?

and last one any tips or exercises for the best way to hit the clafs ?

- you don't HAVE to do direct tricep work if you are doing a lot of pressing.

- rowing movements....single arm cable rows are great...make sure your form is spot on!

- calf raises.....seated, standing....various rep ranges..etc.
