A friend has been on this stuff training for a while and has noticed significant improvements. I think it's the hard work alone that is helping him. Can you have a look at what is in each 25 gram serve and tell me what you think.

If he's added muscle while taking this, it's likely due to the extra calories he's been consuming, not because it has some magic formula.

I agree...most mrp's have around 30-42g protein and around 250-300 calories.

It almost looks like some knock-off cheap-o crap protein shake. I've seen some at stores that have like 15-18g protein. And not much caloric intake as well. I'm not sure, but that'd be my guess. Or yes, some god-awful crap so-called "protein" bar. Hard work and better eating is probably the key with him.
