Gyno maybe? lump under nipple.. Please help?

Ok so, I've done research online.. and apparently it's pretty common. under my left nipple there is a lump(kind of like a pea or a button) it does hurt if its touched, and i've had one before. However, when they doctor saw it before( a different lump) they said its nothing to worry about..
This one, however, is bigger than the otheres and I dont want it to get bigger. Is there a way to get rid of it minus surgery? I'm not fat by any means.. 5'11 175lbs.. and pretty athletic/muscular. Its only my one nipple too not both.
So any thought on how to treat it, maybe get liquid nolva online???

3. You need to go back to the doctor anyways so forget about 1 and 2.

Yup, did havoc.. But afterwards i didn't have the lump, the lump came about around 2 months after the cycle, and i ended up buying nolva/6-oxo for post.
