I've been working out for a while now months im 6 2 and 155 im getting tone but not any bigger any advice I eat good like veggies and meat penuts everything good I take no explode and nano vapor anythind else I need to know

What exactly is your diet, as in - how many calories, what % of protein/fats/carbs?

well i try to eat 2 grams of protein per pound of my body weight
i drink 3 protein shakes a day for every meal or with every meal
i reall dont have a certain diet if anyone can help me with that
and also a workout plan

In that case my advice would be to read the stickied threads at the top of the training forum, and the diet + nutrition forum.
They have a lot of useful information on putting together an good diet and training plan, very much worth a read.

Damn bro 6 foot 2 and 155??? My advice is eat until you cant eat no more than eat again then repeat. But first read the stickys.

hahah i know i try to eat so much and i cant i use to be 200 pounds of pure fat i lost all that it sucks

I think a simple Push, Pull, Legs program is the best way to start, add some periodization. Do your bench press, deadlifts, and squats and you'll already be ahead of 90% of the other gym rats.

yea ive been doing those it was hard for me to get 20 in now i can easly get 20 with a 35 on m back and im going into the army thats why im trying to get ready
