Decreasing your calories should do the job dude..... if you lose 1 pound of fat per week just by reducing calories, in 1 month you can drop 4 pounds of pure body fat. And I bet there is less than 4 pounds of body fat in that little "roll" you have. Clen will only work on a caloric deficit anyways, so you should be able to do it without the clen.

that not nearly enough clen, ramp up to about 180 max a day for 2 weeks then take an anti-histamine like benadryl for 2 weeks and repeat.
