i decided to do a cycle of tren extreme by cel
i've done one ph/ps cycle in which i gained 12lbs kept 9-10
im 5'10 a little under 190
my question is should i starrt on the recommended dose of 3 tabs perday or should i build up?

I've never used it, but it couldn't hurt to build up over a few days to see how well it sits.
