Whats a good starting dosage for Test E 250 and Deca D 200mg? Im 26 6'3 185 low body fat not sure but im slim wkn out for 6 months now.

at 6'3 185 is pretty thin
eat your ass off and come back in 2 years then you'll be ready for a cycle

ya ,you need to put a couple of years under your belt. i would suggest when you know you hit a wall.what i mean by that is ,when you know that your not really growing like you were before. and still wait a little bit longer.then,start on a test cycle at 2cc's for10 wks.then after your ready to do another one then add the deca.and of course you gotta make sure you eat at 185lbs at 6'3.pretty thin.hope i helped,if i left anything out,my bb brothers will fill you in

Well, I won't get into a debate about if you should or shouldn't be using them. But, rule of thumb for many many years when it comes to stacking test with something like deca, is that the deca should be half the dose of the test.

In other words, if you are running 800mg of test, you want to be running 400mg of deca.

And because of how long deca lingers in your system, you may want to think about stopping deca all together 3 weeks before your cycle is over. You will recover much better.

Also, you can switch from enan to prop in those last 3 weeks as well, that will also be very helpful. Good luck.

Hum Thanks alot. So how much test should i take a week? My ampules are only 1 ml a amp.

Most amps are one ml, especially test e. Not sure if 6 months is enough time to start using AAS, you still have plenty of room to grow naturally if you only started 6 months ago. But it's your call.

If you do take this path, I would run test e between 500-700mg ew. About half that for the decca....eh, even 400 mg would be ok IMHO if you go to the higher end. Does wonders for ones joints...easier sets.
