I am considering my first cycle. I come from a family of bodybuilders and have been lifting for 5 years. Im 19, 6 foot 3 and 200 pounds. At age 16 i weighed 155 pounds. Im a fairly easy gainer.
I have messed around with all sorts of creatines, DHEA and pretty much every other commercial supplement out there. I feel I am ready to step it up. I will admit i havent done TOO much research aside from the basics and side effects (That is how i ended up here). To start out i wanted to run 200 mg of strait test twice a week for 10 weeks. My diet is great and i lift 5 days a week. I have no issues monitoring protein/carbs/cals. I have easy access to steroids through family. They will guide me through everything and teach me what i need to know but i wanted some advice from people who maybe werent so pro-steroids. A few people in my family currently compete so obviously you know their stance on the issue. Any advice or info is greatly appreciated. |

I don't even recommend an aromatse inhibitor. Hormones are not limiting your rate of progress. If any of your family that competes does so naturally, learn from him first. Once you have applied his skills successfully for a few years, then consider gear. Ultimately, this will get you beyond the natural state and many of the geared up bodybuilders who never perfected the basics before relying on steroids to get them where they are now likely stuck.

Nobody in my family is natural. Yeah, obviously they were at one point but none compete naturally now.
Ive hit a bit of a plateau in my training, i miss the days where id notice gains after every workout. Cals are up but progress has slowed. This is the main reason driving this thought. That, curiosity and the desire to get HYUGE, ha. Pretend im not 19 for a second. What advice would you give me regarding the amount of test and how often i inject? I will keep anti-estrogen on hand, but will only use if necessary. What can i expect in terms of weight gain? (Fully aware this changes greatly from person to person and with diet etc. But just a general idea.) Im 6'3, 200 pounds with about 11 % BF. |
