HGH tells the body to regenerate new cells. However I have heard the effects are not that pronounced unless you stack it with an AAS or use it long term which can be VERY EXPENSIVE

it causes hyperplasia in muscle cells, which in simple terms, causes the cells to constantly divide ( making new cells) many believe that increased hyperplasia could cause skeletal muscles to become larger, but as far as strength gains and things along the line of that, there is no significant evidence and like chronicelite said can be expensive!!

i c i c so it basically isnt worth it unless your a professional body builder like jay cutler and them who can afford it because you have to take it more then once for it to work well....,.
