Ultimate frisby is a great cardio solution. Its extremely fast paced, you'll be sprinting up and down the field. After about 10 minutes you'll probably want to fall over and gasp for air. So if you can get some people to get together to get a game goin I would suggest it, its even more fun on the beach. Thought I would just throw that out there.

Have any of you heard of flashball? It is almost exactly like ultimate but you use a football. I would do that for any hour then the treadmill for half.

It is just like rugby but u dont kick the ball. You start the by touching the ball and pitchingit to a player behind the line of scrimage. then if an oppent touchs you with two hands your down. We tried to do to tackle instead but it was too easy to score. Also u can throw pitch and lateral the ball to anywhereu get 3 downs to score a touchdown.
