well my name is mike and im 6-0 265, two years ago i weighed 215 and ive been lazy and now today it just hit me "im a fat ass" sooo im going to turn it around starting today and never look back.i even got up this morning and ran for about 20 min "just about killed me lol"anyway i hope i can get some good info on here,thanks mike
