I actually joined the board in January 2002 and then fell into obscurity. After waking up on my 39th birthday this past July and looking in the mirror, I thought, "Man, you gotta change." I didn't really make the decision to get my ass back into the gym until November 10. Since then, I've been busting tail. I've still got a lot of work to do, but by the time my 40th rolls around, I'm going to be the envy of 40-somethings everywhere.
