Drink too much of it and you'll start turning orange, literally. My mother had a patient who bought a juicer and was really excited about. Well a couple of weeks go by and she calls and says that her skin looks red/orange. She was drinking carrot juice everyday and the beta-carotene started to accumulate lol.
