Hi everyone.
Been training for 4 years since 17, now Im 21. in that time i have put on 35lbs. I am now 147lbs but would like to get to around 165. I am 5'9'' body fat between 17-19%.
theres alot of info out there i been soaking up, would like to try this stuff as I have never got passed the 70kg mark but have touched it a couple of times, probably due to water retention.
so my diet is fine, i train hard and not too frequently. over these past 4 years i have taken breaks of a max of 4 months. I worked in a gym for 6 months. that was when i was getting the best results and getting offered the gear.I turned it down at that point. But now finding myself turning to it.
Right now i bench 176lbs at 8 reps(3sets).
I have tried all kinds of stuff from NO to Tribulus.
Being an ectomorph, does anyone of similar experince have any suggestions, cycles?
