Hey everyone, stopping in to say hi and somewhat describe myself, where else better than the New Members Begin Here Forum Eh?
Im not even going to pretend to be a accomplished weightlifter, i just started a few months ago. Im 6' 3'' and roughly 160, yeah i know im skin and bones, have been all my life, my skinny nature is reflected in my 1RM's, which im not even sure of them all to be honest (yeah im a greenhorn). Im pretty busy, so i fit my workout in when i can so it is not be up to snuff with what it should be.
Anyway, stopped by to say Hello and i hope to get posting around here.
