The best exercise for ripping the unsightly fat and wobbly bits off your belly is the "push against pull" technique developed by yours truly.
Stand at approx' your normal height, legs shoulder width apart. Take a deep breath and hold it. As the fridge door opens, breath out and push smoothly but firmly away from your torso until the door is shut again. For best results the little light should go out and you'll hear a dull "thunk" sound. Repeat as often as necessary. B. |
