Another issues I have heard with frozen veggies is that they have a high sodium count. I was looking around in the grocery store however and found these veggies called "steamfresh" and they have zero mg of sodium (or at least that is what they report on the label). So I decided to buy some because all you have to do to make them is leave them right in the bag, throw it in the microwave turn it on for 5 minutes and then your veggies are ready. They don't get soggy or anything. They taste really good.

So I guess my question is, am I still getting all out of my veggies if I eat these frozen ones?
