hey guys im new here my name is caleb and im 17, i have recently bought a gym set for at home, and have been maintaining a hard workout 30mins every day, i have also reduced my fat intake. I drink ALOT of water, atleast 2 Ltrs a day. I eat heaps of fruit aswell =] stonefruit atm, they are in season.
I have lost 5KG in the last month and starting to rip. I currently weigh 78kg and just under 6 foot, my bmi says im just overweight, i disagree with it, bcuz im more muscele then fat.
That's my intro to this site =p sorry lol
Also i dont realy have a diet, i more go with the flow, i do eat bad foods sometimes but alot of good foods aswell, i cant help myself hehe.
anyway i have always since i was little had a large bum =p i dont know why, its just always been big even when i was fittest in my grade. Also my upper abs are becoming more ripped then bottom ones, they are being left behind, if anyone could please post a reply on lower abdominal workouts and also a workout to trim the ass =p or even a good diet, but plz dont recommend bulking powders/tablets im kinda against them, and my doctor does not want me on them.
Thanks Guys/Gals =]

you can't "trim" the ass lol
but try squats , and improving your diet
if you can take a simple protein shake ....integrate it into your diet it will help
as for the first part when you said you reduced your fat intake thats ok but its more important to reduce calorie intake ....try 90 g of dietary fat a day and 180g of protein a day , for the ass problem just keep losing fat
if u can 0 g of saturated and trans fat

Nothing wrong with natural saturated fat - you DO need SOME.
I agree with Ngordyn on keeping up with the protein and fat though - you weigh roughly 170 lbs, and if you're still cutting you've got what, 15% bodyfat? So you've got around 145-150 lbs LBM - keep protein at no lower than 150g a day and fat no lower than 75g a day as a baseline. Don't be afraid to push protein considerably higher than this. It's satiating.
Keep dieting and your abs will show.

hey, thanks for that guys... also i have noticed iv lost 3-4 inches from my waist,so my ass must be shirinking lol.. and yeh thanks for the advice =]

good advice so far. But theres nothing wrong with some sat fat. Transfat is useless though. Fat doesnt make you fat. Excess calories do, fat is just higher in calories.
FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal is highly recommended for tracking. Screw the bmi charts and graphs and all that computer generated "you should be this" crap.
