Welcome, kobb. What are your goals, short and long term?

Posted by: kobb

My goals are to bulk up a bit and just workout. Since I started im enjoying it so much, I dont even have to motivate myself. Shit I feel excellent after a workout. Each new workout session im starting to add more weight. Just trying to gather some info on whey protein powders and what good to eat and drink, eg smoothies etc. Basically protein intake. Any pointers.

Okay, well, go here: FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal, enter up a few typical days' worth of eats and report back the average calories, grams protein, carb and fat.

And describe your current routine - lifts, weights used, reps...
