fuck How about a bowl of broccoli, avocados(the highest fiber of all veggies) okra, prunes or plums......prunes are really not that bad tasting though it just gets a bad rap especially now that they have them "flavored", pears, split peas,beans. baked okra, some guac and tomatoes and Im hitting about 25 grams in one sittin' |

to clarify I was saying prunes get a bad rap because of the "old person" stigma. However they aren't that bad and they come in different flavors now which helps.

for me a 2 cup bowl is perfect 260 cals +milk close too 400 cal 26 g of pro + milk around 35 g 10g of fiber its soy protein.. but ITS SO GOOD |
