Hello,
I've been looking for a site like this for a while. I've been browsing and taking in the advice for the past 2 wekes to see how it fit's with my past (years ago) experiance. Wow, there's lots I didn't know about nutrition! If I'd been a little more aware 12 years ago...
Alnyway, it's been more or less 12 years since I did any consistent training (for more than 6 months). I'm looking forward to running diet and training programs by you for input.
