Hi all
I came to this site since today I worked out and was stumped why I'm not lifting as much weight as usual, and it's been goin on for 2wks and now im finally fed up! Normally on bench days I'm doin pretty good with 150, start 10,11, and 12 reps. Now Ive dropped to where I can only get 10 reps max per set? I'm just runnin out of breathe and getting really shaky. Also on my curling days same process of 10,11,12 reps with 40 and yet again 10's the max reps? Am I dying or not to sure what the hecks going on?! I'm also loosin alittle tone as well. I was taking no-xplode for a while then NaNo, could any of the pre-workout supplements affect negatively?Any helps greatful as working out now is so damn frustrating

you might as well post your workout and diet now so the experts can chime in without having to ask for it themselves.

New and Need Help. List your workout, and diet , so maybe some of us can help. Secondly, don`t be so hard on your self, & quit beating yourself up. Often times you can become a prisoner to the weigh, and or rep scheme. Think of Training this way: back in 1968 the 1st time we went to the moon Neil Armstrong, & his guys were on coarse 11% of the time, which means they were off coarse 89%. They achieved their goal, & got there by making constant corrections during the flight.
Also be patient.
