Awesome time @ JULY 27 NASA BLUEGRASS OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP @ Henderson,Ky. Thanks to David"SHOWTIME"Anguish for hosting a great meet & providing free pizza to all the lifters & audience too. Omega Force Strength for putting on a great show for the audience. Wade Johnson & Travis for spotting & loading.
The awards & equipment were very,very nice. Also, I sold my new bench press video & dvd too.
It's great being a member of the OMEGA FORCE STRENGTH! I broke 8 bricks with my arm,ripped a phone book,bent a steel pole, & had 3 bricks broken on my abs by sledge hammer.
MEET RESULTS:
Their were 2 flights of curls, 2 flights of bench press & 2 flights of deadlift. It was awesome seeing Scott Upston from the country of Austria compete @ the BLUEGRASS CHAMPIONSHIP.
EQUIPMENT:
Single-ply Inzer poly & denim
BODY WEIGHT: 210lbs
1st attempt: 455(poly)
2nd attempt: 475(denim)
3rd attempt: 500(denim)
4th attempt: 525xX
I believe 525 will fall next month. Then, I might buy a double Inzer denim & give 550 a ride.
