hi guys just wanted to know if anyone does them for shoulders.
since i have lost 24lbs i have become a lot more athletic and have greatly improved on bodyweight exercises like pull/chin ups, dips and lately these handstand pushups. i do them learning against a door as i cant balance without it, but its still very hard to do.
before i lost the weight i couldn't even do one, but now if i go all out on a set i can do 13, or i can do 3 sets of 7.
i usally do three sets of these for shoulders, and then move onto the heavy presses, and raises. i think there really good for getting balance in the shoulder muscles.
just wanted to know what you guys felt about them, and if any of you use them, i have never really seen anyone talk about them on here before and so was just woundering.
thanks in advance.

I can only do a few quick ones. The blood rushes to my head right away, and I cant stand it!

Same here. I can get in a few reps then it feels like my head is going to explode.
Not a fan of them at all.

but would you say if someone can handle the blood rushing to the head, then in terms of working the shoulders it's a good exercise.

I think its unneccesary stuff from a mag or a movie. Just do freaking heavy presses.
