Lagging tricep

Hey guys.
Basically, one tricep is slightly bigger than the other. There's never been much between them, but since being on an H-drol cycle - although both have grown - the bigger one has started to look noticeably larger than the other. I have good co-ordination and form, so I don't feel one arm's been 'carrying' the other through workouts etc. If anything, the smaller tricep seems to be the stronger of the two and seems to fatigue later than the bigger one (hence why the bigger one has probably had to grow to compensate for being the weaker one).
What's the best way to bring the lagging tricep up to size? I'm assuming unilateral/one-arm movements are going to be the way to go, but how do I go about doing that? Obviously, I don't want to drop all my current exercises as I don't want to lose the size and strength, but I don't want to continue making one tri substantially bigger than the other. Is is simply a matter of throwing in some one-arm tri movements throughout - or at the end of - a session, or perhaps finishing every two-arm set with a single-movement set for the smaller tri? Or is it more about working out a new training regime: train two-arm movements one week, one-arm movements the next?
Any help is appreciated as always.
Thanks.

For what ever its worth ,I`ll give this a shot. Unless you have a physical situation where one arm is way more dominant then the other, maybe you may want to stick with compound / barbell movements versus iso movements. When I started weight training, along time age, I got into a bad habit, during Bench Pressing, of locking out my right arm 1st, then the left arm. It took me a while to overcome this , and the only way I did was by lightening up the weight, to where the barbell traveled up, during the pressing motion, in a level manner. Maybe you need to back off iso Tricep exercises, and focus on movements that use both hands at once, such as dips, there are several ways of doing these. One good way is off a bench with your feet propped up by a chair, or another bench, for added resistance have someone place plates on your lap before you do the exercise. If you like to do Tricep press downs off a Lat/ pully machine, make sure the cable is centered down the middle of your nose. At times I see guys doing heavy Tricep pushdowns, and they have their head on one side of the cable, which I think is wrong. Maybe by lightening up the weight, and really focusing on the task at hand, you can bring that lagging Tricep up to where the Larger one is.Good Luck.

i fixed my shoulders by using only dumbells because i was doing alot of barbells and my right would carry through
i would pick a weight i could do a certain amount of reps with the left and i would do the EXACT same reps on the right even if i could do more this way they both had the same amount of stimulation

Use a combination of both. If its purely a size issue, its probably genetic.. seeing that nothing on our body is symmetrical.
If its a strength issue.. then its gets more complicated.

Hey, I'm in the same boat as Mags. My left triceps are smaller in comparison to my right ones. They also seem to be located higher up on my arm. Both are fairly equal in strength and endurance though, maybe I can blame my genes for this haha. I'm still working on trying to get them as symetrical as possible though.
