Yeah, who cares. Just bring a shake with you for afterwards (Pro/simple carbs or even Pro/oatmeal) and eat some extra food that day.
I never understood stopping something you like doing because of fear of losing muscle...unless your a pro bodybuilder or something and you make a living off of it, just go an have a life dude you're muscles will be there when you get back. Anyone remember someone asking a question about not having sex because it could tire you out for your workout or something like that? |
