hi guys im 6ft1 and weigh 13 stone 8lbs
i am about to start my cycle of 500mg sust and 100 mg deca per week with nolvadex lined up as a pct along with superdex.
how long do you guys think it will be before i see gains?? and also how long will these supplements stay in my system for.

why only 100mg deca? go minimum 400.

^Correct. 100mg deca is just enough to lube your joints, and those that take such a low dose take it for that purpose. I only use that low of a dose for that reason. You won't see much on 100mg....300-400mg is optimal for most IMHO.
And decca can be in your system for close to a year. I believe it's 9 months, but I may be a tad bit off. I do know that decca stays in your system the longest. Sust will linger for a few months as well, due to the long acting esters it has. Not as long as decca though.
