im 5-11 215 lbs...44 yrs in pretty good shape muscaler with just a slight belly....i am a reg user.have never tried tren & cyp together as a stack always test and deca for the most part.....just wondering what a can expect from this cycle.....and should i be doing cardio with this?..and does two shots a week at say .75ml..for tren...and 500 ml..for cyp...sound like a good game plan?

Tren ace has to be taken at the least, EOD. If you don't want to take EOD shots, get yourr hands on tren enan instead.
I suggest using tren ace as you originally wanted, start with a low dose because tren can have some MAJOR sides. I would start with 75mg EOD and slowly move up. I would say this to anyone messing around with tren the first time around.
Yes, you can mix both oils together. If taking tren ace, space out 4 shots and divide your test shots as well...even though you don't have to hit cyp EOD, 2-3X a week will be fine. You are using a long acting ester combined with a short one. Next time, you will be better off with all short OR long acting esters, in this case, I would use prop instead of cyp since you are using ace. And yes, do your cardio. Good luck.
