Hi everyone,
I need to educate myself about anabolics, their uses, cycles, etc.. I'm certain I do not need them now as I just got back to the gym but I still would like to learn about them..

Let's say, in about a year from now I will have shed the excess fat and put on some good muscle and cleared up my body of all toxins (nicotine, THC (maybe), etc..)

What would I start with? and how do I calculate how much I need?

I really tried to read around but it seems like the tons of information out there leaves me clueless on where to start and what to read..

Your help is much appreciated

Start by posting your personal and training stats. However, you will not need anabolics until you have reached your genetic potential by eating correctly and lifting correctly. Numerous threads will tell you this. The anabolics won't help you until you get those down.

First, on the genetic potential issue. I'll go out on a limb here and say the majority of AAS user started before coming close to their genetic potential. In and ideal world maybe you could reach your genetic potential after 10-15 years of dedicated training, but we user don't live in this world.

My advise would be get a solid muscle base and a very well versed knowledge base of the intended chemicals you're going to use. Put it off as long as possible because once you start it becomes habit forming. Who really wants to see these large gains in short time and then stop and lose most of it.

After you've done the above ask yourself do I really want to get on this ride? Don't let anyone fool you by saying it's no big deal. If done right sure you could enjoy it with minimal impact to your health, but it can and more than likely will change you to some degree. Good or bad could very well be up to you, but others may not see it that way.

Good luck

I guess 'building a solid muscle base' would probably be better than genetic potential, However, it's very easy to hop on the train right away and do some major tendon or ligament damage. I am guilty of same and would not recommend AAS to anyone without years of proper training. I did this once and regret it.

Yep, I've had some tendon issues myself. This even after years of training. Was it AAS related, probably. This is why beginners need to realize what they're getting into.

The fast tack is great until it isn't...
