Hello everyone

Well, I have been in the game now for about 11 years. I am a pro mma fighter, personal trainer, sports nutritionist, and fitness model. I also have a few body building comps under my belt, nothing big though. I own a personal training studio and a 3 retail supplement stores. Im always looking for the latest and greatest in nutrition/health/performance science. Information is the backbone of this industry, if it isnt in the now, accurate, factual, and readily accessible to your clients they will go elsewhere. Im here for the latest and greatest and will exhaust myself in finding it through dedicated and loyal representatives of this lifestyle like all of you here at IM and will also exhaust myself in giving it. This isnt what I do its who I am.

Sincerely
Seriousskills

Hi Serious

Sounds like you know what you are doing! I've not been a member long still finding out loads of info. Used gyms for years too but not as serious as you I'm in it for fun and keeping muscle firm and fat away!

Have a good one

Brad

Thanks for the welcome bro! Your ultimate motive for stepping into the gym should be because it is fun, so your already ahead of the game in that aspect. Most people detest stepping out of their comfort zone. Set realistic goals for yourself and be relentless in your pursuit and you will find that keeping muscle and staying lean will be the product.

Sincerely

I was almost a black belt in Shotokan Karate (never took my black belt test) as a teen, if MMA were around back then I know I would have got involved, unfortunately I am to old and broke down now so I just like to watch!
