I have been unable to lift for over a year now due to injury and I finally at the point where the doc tells me I can start lifting again. I am going to be needing some more protein, creatine, and NO in the near future. I have read that a lot of you guys seem to really like ON's protein. I have never tried it, and it was wondering why so many of you prefer it over everything else out there. What are you thoughts on Muscle Tech's Meso Tech? What about their Cell Tech? I know the dump a lot of money into advertising. Is their product as good as they claim or is it all smoke? What about EAS's Myoplex Deluxe and Phosphagen Elite? Does BSN or Gaspari have a good creatine or protein?

Who has the best NO? The only one I have used in the past is the one by BSN. I hear good things about Super Pump 250 by Gaspari. Is this one as good as they say? What other ones out there should be considered?

Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks

do not buy anything muscletech, you are just wasting money.

protein - american whey, optimum nutrition, ironmaglabs

creatine - prolab creatine monohydrate

that should be all that you are worried about, no will not help you, just take the creatine and the protein and simply focus on getting your form back.

Any creatine monohdyrate that is CreaPure brand is the best quality monohydrate. Prolab, Optimum Nutrition, Universal Nutrition, and others all have this on the label.

Iron mag protien mixes well and tastes great.
they use Stevia as the sweetener so much less aftertaste than others.
ON has more flavors but doesn't mix near as well.
Been using iron mag CEE since Feb great results absolutely no negative effects.
Have fun getting back to work!

isopure low carb whey is really good-I'm a devoted user. I also use superpump250 pwo along with HMB and WF, so i get my NO and creatine together

This is one of my very favorite protein powders and its affordable ON 100% Whey Gold Standard 5lb

I also think you can get some very good deals on creatine and I would go with this right now 4Ever Fit Creatine 1000 g

Theres alot of NO powders available and again being more expensive doesn't make them better. This is my favorite pre workout drink CytoSport Fast Twitch
