200g cottage cheese
2 tsp marmite (optional)
1 tsp margerine/butter (optional)
1 pack (85g) seranno ham

Chicken breast/egg whites and a few yolks. Almonds. Fish oil tablets

Depends on what I'm doing.

Usually it's 4-6oz of some type of beef (steak or ground) or 4oz salmon.
