Monday - 25 sec rest in between sets - arms and some back tue - traditional chest day 1:30 min rest between sets wed- 25 sec rest in between sets - back and shoulders thurs- heavy chest 1:30 min rest fri - 25 sec rest arms and some abs |

I don't like the look of creatine, I feel like I look like I have puffy and soft muscles. Since I have been off it I have really hardened up. |
