Where do you get your sesamin - I've read nothing but good things about it. The others - L-carnitine, chromium picolinate, CLA - none of those ever did me any good. But sesamin has some very interesting properties. What time of day do you train, tatteredsaint? Lifting I mean. |

Your advice to cut carbs in the evening now makes perfect sense to me - you train in the morning! Single dad - my hat is off to you. I can't even imagine having a kid with a partner, much less alone. Lucky kid to have a fit dad. ![]() I train at night, so I recommend the opposite for cutting - ditch all but PM carbs - targets them around when I lift. I like to eat most of my food near bedtime. Much more comfortable to look forward to eating at night, and I friggin' HATE going to bed hungry. It's bad enough being hungry when I'm awake! LOL! |

bulking is sooo much easier than cutting as far as diet but I like having abs lol
