Dietary cholesterol has so little impact on your own blood lipids it's not even worth considering.
That being said, if you find this way of eating comfortable you're fine. Personally, I have NO TROUBLE getting in 220+ grams of protein daily from solid food and I'm 140 lbs soaking wet (I checked this morning, I was soaking wet and I weighed 140 onna NOSE baby!). Whey IS cheap though. Cheaper than steak for sure. |

Likely not a problem on a bulk (I don't know if the op is bulking or cutting, just saying) - all that extra food - but still worth mentioning. |

![]() Anyway, yeah, that's part of my reasoning since the price of whey is cheap, I mean 50g of whey is like what $.50 whereas 50g from steak is like $8? So I was thinking 3 solid food meals and 3 or 4 liquid meals to make up my daily intake. |
