Sheffield homers in 9th

Anyone else see the braves last night on ESPN?
Henry Blanco hit one deep off the wall in the bottom of the eighth, getting a double. Jason Marquis came in and pinched run. He scored on a contraversial play at home that tied the game. John Smoltz came in the top of the 9th and shut the cardinals down. Then Gary Sheffield homered in the bottom of the 9th to get the win for the braves. They are 54-17 since May 15..best they have done since like 1916.

let me guess...you're a braves fan.

yea, i did see that HR. it was pretty amazing, he hit it off his shoe top and with one hand!

btw, if they make it to the world series, they'll get swept by the yankees anyway!!!....again!!!
