Unfortunately since I compete a few times a month I'm frequently tested for steroids, I was wondering if there is anything I can take before a fight or during training to improve my efficiency?
Right now I'm just taking the basics, Protein Monohydrate, Creatine Ethyl Ester, and NO Shotgun. Any other recomendations? -Travis. |

ok, so what exactly are you looking for, endurance for your work-outs and fights? if so, I would recommend Beta-Alanine.

Really? That's where I get my protein/creatine and fishoils etc.
Where would you recommend I get my stuff at? Stuff like Beta alanine and citrulline malate, are these things I need to get off the net or a 'shady back-alley' dealer? ![]() |

have you tried red rockets??? I take them before a workout and they give me tons of energy and really increase the quality of workout i have.

Citrulline Malate, sure that is effective as well, I included it in my Maximum Pump product (now discontinued).

just to go a bit off-off topic here, a friend ordered the andro Rob just put out. Does he need a support system with that? Something like AI cycle support? And for a pct, he can get by with 6oxo extreme right and/or offcycle assit?
