Once after a day of ham dominant work and football practice I got cramp in both hams and calves
![]() ![]() I woke the whole house up with my screams of writhing agony. My friend used to get cramps every saturday when we played soccer, and it got better as he ate like 3 bananas every morning before it and drank gatorade during half time because it replaces lost electrolytes. What should you do in the case of cramps? Extend the muscle using it's agonist? |

c) apply pressure into the muscle in order to get it to relax patrick |

three things you can do manually:
a) try and stretch the muscle b) contract the antagonist (usually while trying to stretch the cramping muscle) c) apply pressure into the muscle in order to get it to relax patrick |
