i would like some opinions pls on sustanon dosing
-1ml twice weekly or
-1ml M/W/F
is 3 ml unneccesary ,previously 1ml twice a week has done the trick and i'm unsure as to whether to increase dose. i understand eod or m/w/f is prefered by many but do you guys split 2ml down into .7ml (i guess) or just stick a whole ml in 3 times a week? if u need some stats just ask otherwise thanks for yo time.

MWF shots (or EOD) are preferred with Sust because of it's short lived test esters. In other words, you won't get Susts full effect if you let too much time pass between shots.

If you are looking to shoot 2 X a week, take enanthate instead.

Oh, and 1ml could mean 250mg and it could mean 500mg...refer to it in mg...not ml. If I was to do MWF, I would go with 250mg 3 X a week. Good luck.

sorry my bad , when i say 1ml i mean to say 275mg as i am using a 5 blend, so 3 x 275mg (825mg/week) nice one

You dont need that much! 2ml/week is plenty especially if your still gaining off that amount, why would you increase it, where do you stop?

If you increase your dosage every time you will be on 2 grams a week in no time. Wait untill you start to plateau of a minimal dosage then either increase the dosage SLIGHTLY or add another compound.

Hi, recently got sum great sustanon online. Had'nt used it 4 some months and decided to get back on it, changed my diet and upped my carbs a bit, but with the use of a 12/13 week cycle of this stustanon - bought myself 1000mg and i really saw some big improvements, easy order n got it within 2.5 weeks. I agree with Victor.
Sustanon should be an EOD thing.

Test E should be taken about 3.5 days apart at 500mg/wk (ex. Monday morning and Thursday evening)

6'3 , 98kgs(217pounds) bf prob about 16-18% (wild guess)
3 years training
numerous short courses of orals such as oxy/dianabol/win(not all at the same time!)
+one previous 10 week injectable cycle of andropen 275 stacked with 4 weeks of oxy kicker and 4 weeks of win depot thro weeks 6-10

bodyfat is abit high!
I would prime to below 10% before you start. You will gain better and decrease sides.
