Hay guys, new to the forums.
Just a quick question. I do an all body light weight workout 3 times a week and like to swim afterwards because it's good for my fitness and nice to do after a good session at the gym. The problem is I drink a protein shake after weight training which I know is important, would it be recommended to swim straight after I do this? Otherwise this means i will have to go swimming on separate days which I don't have time to do. Unless of course it's just a case of waiting half an hour or so which means I could sit in the sauna/steam or something. Would be great to hear your thoughts on this. Cheers, M |

personally what I would do is make ur shake up n drink it while doing or or before ur last couple sets if possible that would give u a few minutes to digest ur shake before hittin the pool
