u can take it either way it really depends on your goals for strength n body composition I would take it with our CEE n Whey isolate -but it will work well and is safe with any supplements -U can take it alone if u want your test at peak levels

I take Optimum Nutrition whey and SportPharma multi. I was taking green mag but stopped.

I did a round of activate xtreme and I believe it helped. I wanted to try another brand and the sale on this brand is pretty appealing. I was considering buying some Novadex XT or some more Activate Xtreme but it appears most find that stacking AX with the Xt or Mass FX they are getting better results.

My goal is to gain in the strength department and size will come along with that. Im 39, 6'2"-6'3" and weigh around 180.
