early gyno???

currently i am running andropen 275 eod at around 2.5ml a week with 40 mg of dianabol ed and 25mg of proviron ed .i am on day 16 currently of my 10 week cycle, my worry is that my nipples have become very tender and almost painful to touch on the very tip ,i would not describe them as puffy or swollen. i have never experienced gyno before and have never experienced such tenderness so early in a cycle should i crack open the nolvadex just yet to be safe? shoulthe proviron help at all?
