Banned From My Gym For Recording Woman: Should I Take It To Court To Get Money Back?

I was recently banned from my gym for recording women working out with my cell phone. I think its none of anybody elses business wheather I record women or not, do you all think I should take them to court to get a refund or at least some of my remaning money back?

How about the women you were fucking filming? I think it's their business, don't you?

If they didn't want to be filmed (i.e. they didn't give their consent, or ask you to film them) then i'm not surprised you were kicked out. Either you're a troll or a fucking moron.

Most gyms ban cell phones for this reason.

The gym is a place of private membership, where the rights of its members are upheld to some degree to having an actual level of privacy.
