Thread: Buying Filtering equipment membrane types

HI

I am looking at buying some filtering equipment and just want to check what type of filter membrane is recommended:

PVDF, PES, MCE and Nylon? (filter cup)

PVDF, PES, MCE, Nylon and PTFE (syringe filter)

Also for the syringe filters which membrane area is recommend or is it irrelevant

65 and 4.3 cm2
