Tablet mission

hi guys new mission going on;)
First id like to say sorry Brundel for bombarding you with questions on your profile. The latter ones I found great recipes and answers in the threads.

Anyway new mission; can anyone say if these proportions are accurate; Im talking about pressing my own pills and I have a mix wich is premixed with SMC, Stearic Acid and Magnesium. So no need to worry about mixing in those. Question is; will this recipe yield x amount of 25mg active ingredient pills? and how many? I know it says 250mg pills and 25mg strength, but I wonder if it is accurate.

Your main filler will be SMC (Silicified microcrystalline cellulose).
Your lubricant will be a mix of Stearic Acid and Magnesium Stearate 2:1 respectively.
Now you want to use 1% of the total weight of the final tablet or mix

Say you want to prepare 1kg of powder to be pressed
you want your tablet to weight 250mg and want 25mg of active Ingredient.

250g of active ingredient
740g of SMC (in my case 750g)
10g of lubricating Mix (2:1) (in my case NONE, since its already in my smc mix)

Now when you press your tablet will contain 1% lubricant mix (ie: 2.5mg per 250mg tablet)
