    No I would guess its allowed. It's just a party foul to mention the specific packing. It kinda jeopardizes the most important part. If someone gives out details the source has to reinvent his process due to le concerns. Delays then occur... The boards light up with complaints... The moderators pull an otherwise good source... We have less Competition... Prices rise...
