Could someone help me with a good cutting cycle? I've always done mostly bulking cycles over the years. The winter has been mean to me (ok, I've been mean to myself) and need to drop a few lbs. I don't want to drop too much bulk though. Any suggestions? I want to do it right and not shut down natural T3 production post cycle.
Cutting is mostly diet (lower carbs) and cardio(45min eod) but a solid 8wk cutter would look like:
8wks Clenbuterol start at 20mcg and add 20mcg each week as long as you tolerate it well going no higher than 120mcg
8wks 75 mg tren acetate eod
8wks 50 mg test prop eod
Last 4-6wks 50-100mg oral winstrol ed
A cutting cycle really depends on your dedication to eat properly long enough to reach your desired level of BF. That being said, Tren, prop and masteron are 3 compounds which work really well for cutting when combined with proper nutrition.

I would drop my cals about 500 below my current maintenance level, stay intuitive and listen to your body this number can change.
I would do cardio twice a day
once in the morning fasted 20 minutes, then an evening cardio session 40 minutes, I don't train on these days. On training days, I might do 20 minutes after my WO.
carb cycle- one high, medium and low day
At the end of the day, your nutrition/hydration plan dictates your success for cutting lbs and getting more ripped, not your cycle.
