Thanks for this - I've actually just recently re-introduced the humble white potato into my diet. They're low in calories, high in fibre, and remarkably satiating.
Note: vinegar can help you metabolize carbohydrate - I've been pan-frying thin-sliced boiled potatos in a non-stick pan with pepper, salt and balsamic vinegar - to DIE for! |
