These pics supposed to be taken relaxed or does it matter? Also, I don't get a newspaper can I print something off CNN or something that has the date? If not, it's cool I'll find a newspaper.

When it says u must be over the age of 18 at time of entry that dosnt include 18 does it?

K, it's worded kinda weird I didn't know what it Ment sounded like it was 19+ cause it said you have to be over 18.

yes, as long as you have the newspaper in hand with the info written on it like we state in the rules

correct, you must be 18 or over on the start date of contest

I am going to be deployed on a ship by the time the contest is over, I wont have access to any news paper and it might be a little hard to post pictures but I will try my best.

How it Works:
1. You can enter anytime between April 4th and April 15th of 2011.
2. The contest will end on July 15th of 2011.
3. Create a Transformation Challenge thread in the Challenge Forum.
4. Your beginning photos will need to be emailed to challenge@ironmaglabs.com and we will edit them into your 1st post.
5. Your first post must contain your height, weight, goal and any other info that you would like us to know about you.
6. We HIGHLY encourage daily posting in your journal of what is happening with your diet and training.
7. Between May 27th and June 3rd, we would like you to email us progress photos that we will post in your journal.
8. At the end of the 12 week period, email your photos to us by July 18th.
9. You must be over the age of 18 at time of entry.

I'm in. Getting Bod Pod done Tuesday. Will have pics and BodPod results sent in. Doesn't get much more legit than that. Trying to use this as extra motivation to get where I want to be.

Great idea IM and sponsors, but even with the dated newspaper, there is still room to cheat. There is some amazing software out there now a days and people that know how to use it. That said, it's still a great idea, but i hope the prizes go to people that really busted their ass for them.
