    I bulked up to 198 and had a 34 inch waist, then I cut to 186 and gained a little weight recently up to 193 now. I am really sick so I could barely take these pictures, but I did it anyways and submitted them a few minutes ago. I Think I gained about 15 pounds of muscle and lost a few of bodyfat, not too bad.

    looks GREAT. I like specialization work.... Are you doing and hitting same fibers each chest workout? I cant impagine going super heavy on Monday to do it again on Wednesday??? Or are you hitting one day a week heavy, then mid range, then lighter with volume?

    Oh shit I couldn't find this journal since they moved it lol. Thanks guys, I've been real busy lately, still finding time for the gym and man I was sick as fuck in those final pictures haha. The block training was heavy every workout it was brutal.
